Job Description:
As a Market Quality Manager, you will be the driving force behind the implementation and maintenance of Mars Quality Standards across the business unit, including our valued Third-Party Logistics Providers (3PLs). You will be a Quality Champion, passionately ensuring that every operation meets and exceeds global and regional Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) standards. From managing market incidents to orchestrating internal and external audits, your expertise will safeguard the integrity of our brands and products.
Beyond compliance, you will be a Continuous Improvement Advocate, relentlessly monitoring quality performance, leading investigations, and turning insights into action. You will inspire a culture of quality excellence across the business, engaging and training associates and partners, and championing sustainable improvements that deliver real impact.

What will be your key responsibilities?Implement and operate Mars quality standards across the business unit including all 3PL’sCoordinate both internal and external quality audits across the business unitReport on quality incidents and metrics, and drive continuous improvement across the business unitRisk assessment and management of new market activities :Provide training and support on quality standards and processes to internal and external stakeholdersWhat are we looking forBe able to build productive relationships and communicate effectively at a variety of levels within Mars with strong interpersonal and influencing skillsStrong analytical skills and comfortable utilising detailed technical specifications and informationPreferable that the jobholder has a track record of implementing new processes and driving theircontinuous improvementPreferable that the jobholder has working knowledge of the Mars internal quality managementprocesses, systems and ways of working.
