About the team:

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for shaping the future of commercial vehicle products in Japan. Our team works cross-functionally with global engineering, sales, and strategy teams to deliver innovative and competitive solutions to our customers.

 

What you can look forward to as Market Product Manager:

Develop and manage product strategy, including portfolio and roadmap, pricing, and lifecycle management (Phase-in / Phase-out) Drive new product specifications and lead business development initiatives Manage customer requirements and propose product optimization or upgrades Provide pricing and quotation support, including CQ (Cost Quotation) process alignment Conduct commercial vehicle market intelligence and competitive analysis Coordinate with internal stakeholders across regions and functions to implement strategy Support program advancement with a proactive, goal-oriented attitude

 

Your profile as Market Product Manager:

Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering 3+ years of product management experience across full program lifecycle in the automotive industry; global program experience is preferred Strong skills in product industrialization (OP planning / engineering) Excellent communication and logical thinking skills; strong team player with fast learning capability High resilience and initiative; able to work under pressure and drive program progress Strong cultural competence and ability to collaborate in cross-functional international teams Fluent in English and Japanese(oral and written); German language skills are a plus PMP certification is a plus Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
