Coordinate farmer engagement workshops and training sessions to equip local smallholder farmers for profitability. + **Stakeholder Engagement:** Map key stakeholders effectively and implement comprehensive engagement plans that reflect our commitment to inclusive practices. **Experience / skills required:** To be successful in this role, candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position, showcasing agility and strong business acumen. They must possess a solid understanding of agriculture value chains, agribusiness finance, and Climate Smart Agriculture within the Tanzanian context. Experience in developing and implementing agriculture category strategies is essential, along with outstanding communication and influencing skills to effectively partner with multiple stakeholders at various levels. A proven track record in analyzing and solving problems is crucial, as is demonstrated ability in farmer engagement, training, and capacity building. Candidates should hold a university degree in agricultural sciences complemented by additional skills in agribusiness management.
