Position Responsibilities:
· Coordinates with the MSMC’s satellite practice managers to ensure physicians are efficiently on boarded into the community of referring physicians.
· Analyzes and monitors referral source reports to ensure performance goals are being met.
· Collaborates with staff physicians in managing event calendars and timelines for development events.
· Documents and communicates customer service related issues with relevant internal partners and assists with service recovery activities when necessary.
· Documents daily field activities and generates relevant reports to inform on goal progress.
· Implements field routing plans to effectively reach all identified development targets.
· Maintain physician database and identifies new physicians in territory.
· Maintains networking agenda, list of targets, development activities and meetings.
· Organizes and attend events, conferences and meetings to network with potential and existing physician partners.
· Business Development Responsibilities: Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and/or their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, emails, and phone calls. Promotes MSMC, its satellites, medical staff and service lines. Creates or increases awareness about MSMC.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare required.
· Two years experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing work environment may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.
