Market Manager – VEH

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Market Manager - VEH, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and support of strategies for core VEH products and solutions (truck scales, rail scales, load cell kits, software, service) within Asia Pacific and Middle East markets. You'll work closely with regional sales and marketing teams, as well as the VEH production organization to create, implement, and manage growth programs, go-to-market plans, training curriculums, application support, and tactical initiatives related to core VEH products for end-users, key accounts, and EPCs.
Additional responsibilities include:•Supporting regional sales offices with targeted sales and marketing activities •Managing post product launch activities•Serving as a subject matter expert for new, emerging, and high opportunity segments and applications, by visiting trade shows, associations, seminars, customers and facilitating internal knowledge exchange with other organizations and territories •Identifying key customers in target segments and collaborating with regional sales offices to develop and manage key customer relationships•Facilitating internal knowledge sharing among global business units and business development teams within METTLER TOLEDO•Advancing select strategic key account relationships through customer visits, product demonstrations (in person and virtually), trainings, tradeshows, seminars and webinars •Serving as a single point of contact for requests, opportunities, and information related to VEH products and services
What You Need to SucceedMinimum of 3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or Business Development.BS or BA from an accredited university Master’s degree in Business or Marketing a plus. Experience working with core industrial manufacturing segments (Food, Chemical, Pharma, Aggregates) preferred.Experience with professional autonomy and an ability to self motivate while working independently Strong networking skills; ease to make new connections and affect change in a matrix organization Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.Excellent oral and written communication skillsExperience and comfort with presenting complex matter in an understandable way in front of unknown audiencesStrong command of the English languageWillingness to travel approx. 30% of the time.Our Offer to You
