Join our team as  Market Insights and  Customer Engagement  Manager and play a crucial role in shaping the commercial success of our Finnish affiliate. In this exciting role, you will transform insights into impactful customer engagement and you will  be at the forefront of turning market and customer intelligence into strategic action—helping Roche Diagnostics Finland better understand the healthcare landscape and serve its customers with greater relevance and impact.

As the Market Insights & Customer Engagement Manager, you will harness data and insights to enhance how we interact with customers—informing more targeted, meaningful, and value-driven engagement. At the same time, you’ll ensure these insights shape our internal narrative by fostering a customer-centric mindset across teams. As the Market Insights & Customer Engagement Manager you report to the Business Strategy and Customer Experience Lead.

This role bridges strategy, analytics, and communication—empowering the organization to act on what truly matters to customers and ensuring our messages, both internally and externally, reflect their evolving needs.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 

Continuously monitor and evaluate the Finnish healthcare and diagnostics landscape, transforming market, customer, and policy insights into strategic guidance that sharpens our understanding of customer needs and behaviors.

Generate customer-centric intelligence through competitor analysis, segmentation, and pricing studies—translating data into clear, actionable inputs that improve how we engage with customers.

Work across functions to embed insights into planning and execution—ensuring that our actions and initiatives consistently reflect a deep understanding of the market and those we serve.

Drive meaningful customer interactions by using insights to shape the design of industry events, customer engagements, and communication formats—ensuring relevance, impact, and value.

Develop and lead a structured commercial learning journey to strengthen internal knowledge about our customers and market, helping teams act with greater customer focus in their day-to-day work.

Drive and shape communication and branding around customer and market insights by creating and sharing content (e.g., newsletters, briefings, town halls) that keeps customer needs at the center of strategic discussions and cross-functional collaboration.

WHO YOU ARE

As a minimum you bring 3–5 years of experience in market research or insights roles within healthcare or diagnostics, with a deep understanding of the Finnish healthcare structure, diagnostics policy, and payer/provider dynamics.

You’ve contributed to recent commercial strategy or go-to-market planning, translating research and data into clear business direction and growth opportunities.

You have successfully planned and delivered customer-facing industry events, and created internal communication materials (newsletters, presentations, briefings) that foster alignment around market and customer insights.

You’ve designed and implemented commercial learning journeys, training programs, or capability-building initiatives, helping teams grow their market and customer understanding.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English, enabling effective stakeholder communication.

You are highly skilled with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, survey platforms, and up to date and competent with new technologies around AI to provide operational efficiencies and improved customer experience.
