About the roleAs our Market Head for Switzerland, you will shape and execute Dyson’s commercial ambitions in one of our growing markets. Leading our Field Team and Key Account Management teams—you’ll inspire, motivate, and unify your teams behind a common vision of customer excellence and growth. You’ll drive commercial performance, deliver against ambitious sales and cost targets, and ensure that every element of our retail presence feels uniquely Dyson: innovative, customer-focused, and high-performing.
Your leadership will connect strategic planning with operational excellence. You will work closely with Marketing and Finance to maximise returns on investment, and collaborate across functions to deliver seamless product launches, memorable customer experiences, and consistent brand execution across all channels. Deepening relationships with retail partners will be key: you’ll represent Dyson at the highest levels, forging partnerships built on mutual success. By encouraging talent development, fostering a feedback culture, and continually raising the bar for training and standards, you’ll not only secure today’s results but build the foundations for our future growth.
About youTo succeed in the role, you will have:
Substantial experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within consumer technology, retail, or FMCG sectors Proven track record of delivering sustainable commercial growth and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong experience in budget management, financial planning, and P&L oversight Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop large multi-functional teams in a matrixed environment Experience collaborating and influencing across multiple departments and senior leadership Excellent relationship-builder with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage key external and internal stakeholders Strategic thinker, able to align long-term vision with operational priorities Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and ambiguous settings Positive, energetic leadership style with a strong commitment to delivering an exceptional Dyson customer experience BenefitsAt Dyson, Reward goes beyond just salary and bonuses.
