Join Infobip’s Verticalization team and help further build the global growth in the telecommunications industry. We’re looking for a Market Growth Senior Specialist who will co-lead the creation and execution of telco-specific strategies and value propositions globally.

In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of industry insight, proposition building, and commercial execution—shaping how we position Infobip’s platform to telco customers, and enabling our regional teams with the right strategies, initiatives, tools, assets, and plays to drive pipeline and close deals.

This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner with the Marketing, Product, and Revenue org to power our growth engine through Infobip Navigator—our evolving go-to-market blueprint built around real customer problems, vertical use cases, and sales enablement assets.

Key responsibilities:

Monitor global telco trends, particularly in digital transformation, customer experience (CX), and emerging technologies relevant to Infobip’s portfolio.

Co-develop and continuously evolve Infobip Navigator for the telco vertical—integrating key messaging, assets, sales playbooks, use cases, and ROI tools.

Work with regional stakeholders in LATAM, APAC, Europe, and beyond to localize and operationalize GTM strategies based on market needs and sales priorities.

Lead or support growth initiatives with Marketing and Revenue teams—from solution launches to bundled offers, from strategic campaigns to partner co-sell efforts.

Identify high-impact use cases and turn them into packaged propositions that support sales and demand generation.

Serve as the industry voice in cross-functional planning—ensuring our campaigns, content, and enablement activities are aligned with telco pain points and growth levers.

Participate in strategic sales opportunities by contributing telco-specific insights and value propositions to help close deals.

Track initiative performance, customer base development, capture learnings, and evolve the GTM infrastructure to scale more effectively across markets.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in B2C or B2B product marketing, commercial, business development, or strategic roles, preferably in the telco or tech industry.

Good understanding of the telecommunications ecosystem and its evolving role in the digital economy.

Experience supporting go-to-market activities and cross-functional collaboration (Marketing, Sales, Product).

Ability to synthesize industry insights into actionable strategies and content.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Solid project coordination and organizational abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights.

Experience working with SaaS or CPaaS solutions is a plus.

Full professional fluency in English.
