Position Description
Reynolds and Reynolds is looking for experienced sales professionals for our market growth sales team. Our superior software solutions, our award-winning sales, service and support have made us one of the most recognized and respected companies in the automotive industry. As an Account Executive, your primary focus will be to promote the sale of Reynolds\u2019 products within competitive accounts. Serving as the subject matter expert for our core software solutions, you will work closely with area sales representatives to drive market share growth and show how our solutions can help car dealerships deliver superior results. This position requires someone with a high level of tenacity and closing ability in order to achieve set sales quotas within the assigned territory. In this role, you are eligible to receive a company car for both business and personal use. In addition, you will be provided with a tablet, cell phone, laptop and home office equipment.You will receive a base salary of $85,000 and total targeted compensation for the first year is expected to be $150,000+\/year including commissions.
Training
Our training consists of time with experienced representatives in the field, online courses completed in your home office, and classroom instruction at Reynolds University, our award-winning internal learning institution in Dayton, Ohio. You will complete five different courses at Reynolds University throughout your first year. Topics covered will include training on sales techniques, negotiations, dealership operations and in-depth product training on our Dealership Retail Management System.
Requirements
Bachelor\u2019s degree or equivalent experience~^~5 years experience in sales~^~Automotive industry experience is preferred~^~Excellent oral and written communication skills~^~Strong customer relationship skills~^~Ability to close sales~^~Strong presentation skills~^~Ability to travel through the week, with hotels stays, up to 50%~^~Superb time management skills~^~Must have a valid driver\u2019s license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI\/DUI\/DWI violations in the last five years
