Role purpose:

As the Market Engagement Lead within the HR Transformation function, you will be responsible for driving effective collaboration and alignment between global transformation teams i.e., HR Products, Services and Transformation and local market HR stakeholders. Your primary focus will be to ensure that market-specific requirements, constraints, and opportunities are accurately captured and reflected in global HR transformation initiatives, aligned with HR Products, Services & Transformation vision.

You will act as the key liaison between central solution owners and market HR SPOCs, Hub Leads, ensuring seamless communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and facilitating successful adoption of global solutions at the local level.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Lead structured engagement with HR teams across markets to gather, validate, and prioritize local requirements for transformation programs.Represent market perspectives in global design forums, ensuring that local compliance, operational nuances, and user experience needs are addressed.Drive readiness and change management activities in markets to support the deployment of global HR solutions.Coordinate with solution owners, IT, and process leads to ensure timely resolution of market-specific issues and escalations.Monitor market adoption and feedback post-implementation, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Maintain a repository of market-specific requirements, decisions, and deviations for audit and governance purposes.Support training and communication efforts to ensure consistent understanding of transformation objectives and solution capabilities.Core competencies, knowledge and experience Proven experience in HR transformation or large-scale change programs, preferably in a multinational environment.Strong understanding of HR processes, with a focus on all HR priorities.Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across diverse geographies and cultures.Strong communication and facilitation skills to bridge global and local perspectives.Experience in managing workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and change impact assessments.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed organizationMust have technical / professional qualifications: 8–12 years of experience in HR, transformation, or program management roles.Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and HR systems.Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.India:
