A day in the Life:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth in the pharmaceutical market.Identify, evaluate, and manage new business opportunities to expand market presence.Nurture and uphold strong relationships with key customers and team members.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of business strategies.Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote products and services.Prepare and deliver presentations, analysis, and data to senior management on business development activities and progress and to help in decision/ strategy making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).Proven track record of success in business development within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of various analytical instrument techniques, particularly HPLC and LC-MS/MS, and their application in the Pharma/Biopharma sectorExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as needed to meet business objectives.

Experience

Proven experience (Min 5 years) in business/market development with a strong background in pharma/analytical industry.Experience working in a matrix-structured organization, collaborating with commercial, operations, and marketing teams.

This role may require occasional travel basis event requirements and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
