GPBW ASP Transformation team is seeking driven, enthusiastic and ambitious professionals to join the team.
The GPBW business has embarked on a journey to design, build and roll-out world-class digital solutions across our key international Markets. These solutions will complement our existing people and digital capabilities, as we look to provide our clients with a frictionless customer journey across multiple channels within these key markets. The transformation team is partnering with the business within these Markets to aggressively expand, modernize and converge the estate across GPB and WPB, expand digital offerings, and deliver against our strategic objectives, by executing in a highly agile manner where we actively embrace cross-functional and collaborative working.
As a Market Delivery Lead, the candidate will be responsible for working collaboratively with local business heads, as well as a variety of global business and delivery partners to take initiatives from initiation through to final implementation. The role will have dual reporting lines to the Head of GPBW ASP Transformation and Business Architecture, and the local market head of Wealth Products and Solutions.
Strategy and Planning
Represent regional markets and ensure their priorities and associated costs and benefits are understood by regional and global teams as part of the Quarterly and Annual value stream investment plan (VSIP) processManage regional market strategic initiatives raised by senior management Develop target operating models for shaping, managing and delivering strategic programs Manage the VSIP process by engaging Market Heads, IWS Heads and liaising with Global domain leads to shape the CTB agenda for GPBW Support Head of GPBW ASP Transformation with portfolio management and senior management reporting Work closely with business partners to define the strategy, shape the approach across all initiatives and component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changesInfluence and drive Value Stream delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risksLead definition of staffing, responsibilities and schedulesLead the establishment of effective Value Steam controls and proceduresDelivery
Manage the delivery of multiple complex customers experience enhancement initiatives from design through to releaseSupervise and oversee local market Transformation teams, and coordinate global resources through our GTC and GSC delivery centresWork directly with various stakeholders across multiple geographies, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Process Designers, IT, and Digital teams to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and deliveryEmpower teams to collaborate and make effective decisions promoting adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery and continuous improvementDefine Agile project working approach and enforce all team members to follow the same methodologyEnsure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communications on the project status throughout its lifecycleEnsure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the teamDrive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standardsContribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projectsMake key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiativesDevelop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g. Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints)Input to Business Case preparation, providing context and data to underpin assumptionsSupporting the delivery production line (development, testing and implementation) ensuring digital deliverables meet business requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customersSome careers open more doors than others.
