Job Description

Assisting Market Manager in completing the acquisition process to ensure the hotel data has been completely collected.Upload all the data into the system correctly or if MDE (Market Data Entry) is available in the region, coordinate with the MDE for data uploading. Verifying the uploaded data (content) and making sure that everything is complete and correct.Understand the industry and its developments – must have clear and engaging communication skills, have attention to detail, adapt to new situations, have willingness to learn, be independent and have ownership.Guide the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion.Process the hotel to go live into the Traveloka system.Identify, prioritize, contact new accommodation properties and ensure pricing and availability competitiveness in the assigned market.Report and analyze – plan with line manager, implement, and monitor agreed KPIs and be able to analyze, visualize and discuss trends, issues and opportunities with team and manager.Optimize use of process and systems – Be familiar with the full spectrum of business tools and ensure the team makes use of the systems.Guide the hotels to enter information into extranet to completion.Work with hotels on promotional activities to increase bookings.Other tasks assigned by Supervisors and Senior Leaders Team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business/Communications/Social Science and/or relevant course;Work experience of 3-5 years, preferably in partnership/business development at reputable e-commerce, telco, banking, FMCG, tourism business, etc;Able to work independently with little supervision;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;Willing to visit partners and work outside the office;A strong drive to make things happen and ability to influence;Strong sense of ownership and accountability, while also paying attention to details;
