As part of our Sales Activation team, you’ll play a crucial role in bringing our purr-fectly crafted brand activation plans to life in the Dutch market. From bold displays in grocery stores to paws-itively irresistible promotional campaigns in specialist channels – you’ll be the one making it all happen.

What will be your Key Responsibilities:

As our Customer Activation Specialist, you’ll be the operational heart of our go-to-market plans in the Netherlands. You’ll work closely with our Market Strategy & Development (MS&D) copilots, creative agencies, supply chain, and local sales heroes to:

Activate brands like a pro: Own the NL Brand Activation plan and deploy it with energy, precision, and love for detail.

Lead campaign execution: From idea to shelf, make sure everything lands on time – from POS materials to promo packs and displays.

Turn strategy into store magic: Translate big-picture plans into inspiring in-store execution that stops shoppers in their tracks.

Own the story: Partner with agencies to develop strong trade stories, shopper tools, and eye-catching in-store visibility.

Be the sales team’s secret weapon: Provide clear, actionable updates and execution tools to help our sales force win in the field.

Track & pilot budgets: Handle Ariba, POs, and budget management like a boss.

What are we Looking For?

Experience in Sales or Trade Marketing, ideally in FMCG or Petcare – you know what great looks like at the shelf.

Fluency in Dutch & English – clear communication is key across markets and teams.

Tech-savvy mindset – Excel, PowerPoint, and budget tools are second nature to you.

Energy & ownership – you thrive on taking initiative and seeing results come to life.
