About the job

Lead and coordinate Market Access and Trade activities across the South Cone region (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay), Responsible for driving the effective execution and alignment of Access & Trade strategies by enabling high performance commercial operations. This role acts as a strategic partner to cross functional teams, translating brand objectives into field-ready plans optimizing execution through data-driven insights and ensuring alignment across key stakeholders of Pharma and Vaccines business units.

 

Main responsibilities:

Market Access Leadership:

Define and execute regional market access strategies aligned with global frameworksLead pricing and reimbursement negotiations with key stakeholders across South Cone countriesDevelop and maintain relationships with payers, HTA bodies, and key decision-makersOversee the preparation and submission of HTA dossiers and reimbursement applicationsMonitor and analyze regional healthcare policies and market access trends

 

Trade Management:

Lead the development and execution of trade strategies across the regionOversee commercial conditions and contracting managementDrive revenue optimization initiatives through effective channel strategyEnsure compliance with local regulations and internal procedures for customer validationManage and optimize distribution networks across the region

 

Product Launch Excellence:

Lead market access and trade strategies for new product launches across the South Cone regionDevelop and implement innovative access approaches to accelerate patient access to new therapiesCoordinate cross-functional launch readiness activities from a market access and trade perspectiveEnsure optimal pricing and reimbursement conditions for newly launched productsMonitor launch performance and implement corrective strategies as needed

 

Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with Country Leads and Business Units to achieve commercial objectivesProvide strategic input to regional business planning and forecastingLead cross-functional initiatives to optimize market access and trade outcomesDevelop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across the organizationChampion the "One Sanofi" agenda across the South Cone region

About you

Experience: +10years of experience in strategy, business development, transformation or commercial roles.Soft and technical skills: Innovative thinking and adaptabilityStrategic thinking and vision executionCollaborative leadershipResults-orientedAnalytical capacity and decision-makingInterpersonal relationships and effective communicationAdaptability and conflict resolutionEmpowerment and accountabilityProven experience in successfully leading market access strategies for product launchesStrong understanding of South Cone healthcare systems and market dynamicExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills   Education: University degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related fields with experience in the pharmaceutical industry (mandatory). MBA preferred.Languages: Spanish and English fluent
