As a Market Access Partner, You are an empowered leader and leading the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at a local level, Collecting and analyzing data to generate insights for Patient Access, and creating insightful reports that translate the outputs of analysis of relevant data and reimbursement strategy, for better health outcomes for more patients faster in a sustainable way to society.
Key Responsibility:
Enabling Market Access strategy for Roche Therapeutic Areas by working closely with squads to ensure the development and execution of access strategies.
Working closely with the external facing enablers (regulatory, HSP, medical, business value partners) in driving synergies between customer-facing teams to ensure efficient prioritization on the affiliate level.
Incorporating research and customer insights appropriately into disease areas/product Access strategy and deliver value proposition to decision makers.
Ensuring the execution of approved product Access strategies in a timely and appropriate manner cross functionally to ensure timely registration and listing
Support Enabling teams to drive long-term strategic partnerships with external stakeholders and leveraging internal synergies to drive positive outcomes of product access issues.
Providing strategic oversight throughout the product lifecycle to ensure, optimize, and sustain access
Enabling customer-facing teams to identify potential challenges and drive new opportunities or innovative solutions for accelerating product access and maximizing business potential
Access capability building for customer-facing teams.
Act as the point of contact for patient organizations and build partnerships.
Experiences, Knowledge and Qualifications
Skills & experience:
Deep understanding of healthcare system, processes and governance
Excellent customer engagement and management skills
Experience leading cross functional teams is required. Cross-functional leadership experience in both formulating cross-functional strategies and orchestrating cross-functional teams is desirable.
System thinker and deep listener
A sensitive leader who senses, reflects and responds
Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization and customer experience excellence
Ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools for the benefit of all stakeholders is highly desirable.
Able to manage complex projects
Knowledge:
Broad understanding of Roche’s present portfolio and future pipeline, such that they can work on future-based solutions
Capabilities:
Fluent in local language. Proficient in English to collaborate internally across the broader Roche enterprise is highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
University degree (scientific, economic, or business degree). An advanced degree in Life science and/or MBA is a plus.
