**Job Title:** Market Access Operations Manager **Location:** Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ **About the Job** The Manager, Market Access Operations plays a critical role within the U.S. Market Access organization, providing project management, operational, and systems support to enable strategic initiatives, field readiness, and training excellence. This position reports to the Head of Market Access Strategy and Operations and works closely with the Market Access training team to organize planning, tools, and training delivery across therapeutic areas. A key responsibility of this role is to serve as the point person for Veeva CRM and related systems used by the Account teams. This individual will support ongoing projects, operations, be the point of contact for the GTMC organization, and connectivity across US Market Access and internal stakeholders such as digital and GTMC to drive operational consistency and efficiency.
