Market Access Lead - Lytics

In this role, you will oversee critical areas such as Pricing, Market Access, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR), Loss of Exclusivity projects, and Payer Marketing. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping strategies that ensure our innovative therapies reach patients worldwide. As the head of this function, you will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders at the global, regional, and affiliate levels. If you are passionate about making a difference, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are eager to lead in a strategic and impactful role, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Tasks & responsibilities** + Shape and drive the global market access strategy and integrates it into broader brand strategy + Ensure that the product's value proposition is effectively demonstrated to payers and other key stakeholders, creates and delivers a differentiated and compelling payer-focused value proposition that addresses unmet needs and resonates with healthcare systems, payers, and decision-makers + Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members, including regional and local colleagues, to prepare the market for the current and future needs and overcome obstacles to wide adoption of therapy + Align evidence generation plans (e.g., RWE, HEOR, PMO) with the value proposition and address evidence gaps, collaborating closely with the Medical Affairs team. Integrates clinical, RWE, and health-economic evidence to support value demonstration and payer decision-making effectively. + Integrates market access strategies into the broader brand strategy, including brand strategy, clinical development plans (CDPs), evidence generation & market development plans, ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment. Aligns evidence generation plans (e.g., RWE, HEOR, PMO) with the value proposition and address evidence gaps, collaborating closely with the Medical Affairs Lead. + Leads and develops a high-performing Market Access team, fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and psychological safety.
