The Position

本职位致力于为罗氏诊断中国区与国家级医保、卫健领域相关部门以及行业协会和学术组织，搭建积极稳健的沟通渠道和富有成效的政策倡导实践，尤其对于医疗服务价格准入、医用耗材医保编码的逻辑体系，以及中国医疗器械行业相关的卫健政策具有较深刻的理解和洞见。深入参与相关政策领域的标准及指南的起草、修订和建议，具备敏锐的前瞻性政策判断能力以支持企业开展风险防范、快速反应并提出应对策略。与全国市场准入团队协同，为国家级卫健政策的内部培训、执行观察和建议反馈搭建沟通平台。该职位是企业运用卫生经济学证据开展价值准入倡导的先锋，您将有机会加入中国区创新市场准入项目。

您将有机会：

与国家医保局、卫健委、医改专家智囊团、专业学协会、大学和研究机构、KOL等建立良好合作关系协助直线经理完成中央市场准入工作战略制定，政策分析与预警等工作协助直线经理达成团队核心业务指标，包括收费项目、技术规范、价格治理等独立完成公司内外部项目工作遵循罗氏所有合规要求，包括但不限于罗氏信息安全，罗氏商业中的行为，罗氏竞争法互动对话，罗氏安全健康环境等，合法合理开展业务活动了解并执行直线经理的SHE职责（详见SHE手册相关定义）

我们期待您：

本科及以上学历，临床检验诊断、临床医学、生物技术、公共卫生专业优先。拥有五年及以上大型外资医疗器械企业中央市场准入工作经验，或曾在医疗保险和卫生政策研究机构以及曾在三甲公立医院的物价/医保部门就职者。（优先考虑具备两项以上的上述相关工作经验者）思路清晰，出色的影响力沟通技巧自我驱动，且以解决问题为导向流利的英语听说读写能力快速学习，项目管理思维，以及变革管理技能
