Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? As Market Access Lead Team you’ll support the implementation of all the necessary activities in order to support the company’s objectives achievement through the rapid and efficient market access of the company’s products.

You will adapt global pricing strategy at local level and helps to maintain and optimize products pricing conditions over time. Anticipates potential changes to pricing environment and implements strategies to mitigate the risk for our portfolio. 

Main responsibilities:

Support and implement Market Access strategies, plans and tactics for products and solutions throughout the lifecycle to ensure optimization of the recommendations, prices and access in line with the business priorities and strategic Pharma/Vaccines ambitions.Prepares analysis on which the commercial decisions are taken in relation to prices, recommendations, and funding include Market Access perspectives.Supports evidence generation related to Market Access and ensure alignment with the business priorities, needs of the market, and the Global Brand StrategySupports and participates the relevant Authority negotiationsMaintain an expert level understanding of relevant recommendations, pricing and funding criteria used by payers in the market to make informed decisions about Market Access strategies, plans and tactics.Anticipate potential changes to Pricing & Reimbursement environment and implement strategies to minimize the risk and resulting negative price reference impacts. Establish relationships with key external stakeholders related to pricing and reimbursement issues. Manage the preparation and submission of price applications for the relevant products in close collaboration with all relevant departmentsManage GPS database and ensure it is up to dateProvide input and guidance to Business and to cross-functional teams regarding pricing, reimbursement and rebates issuesPresent company's appeals at the relevant Authorities after any price revision and the issuance of the draft price bulletin, in order to achieve price corrections. 

About you

Education: Master’s degree e.g. in health economics, pharmacology or similar preferably complemented with an MBALanguages: fluency in English and Ukrainian language required

Technical skills:

Knowledge of existing and emerging market access stakeholders and influencers for Pharma products and understanding of the evolutions/implications for businessExperience in scenario analyses related payer value proposition, evidence requirements, pricing and access potential for each scenario to maximize commercial potential.Profound knowledge of the success metrics of how the value proposition are delivered to payersUnderstanding of Payers value drivers and anticipation of Payers objectionsLearning agility in development of integrated market access & Payers strategies and plans, aimed at delivering the product differentiation most relevant to payersTrack record of delivering payers relevant tools with positive measurable impactsExperience of health economics analysis and how the value proposition is delivered to key recommending bodies and payers
