**The Opportunity**
This position works out of our Established Pharmaceutical Division located in the our Mexico City office.

Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
The biosimilars market is expanding rapidly in Mexico due to increasing healthcare costs and a demand for affordable biologic therapies. A dedicated director can help navigate this growth. Developing effective market access strategies is crucial for the successful launch of biosimilars. A specialized director can facilitate partnerships with healthcare providers and payers. The role can bridge various departments (regulatory, marketing, sales) to create a cohesive strategy for biosimilars, improving overall operational efficiency.
**What You’ll Do**
+ Market Access Strategy Development - Design and implement comprehensive market access strategies for biosimilars, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
+ Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payers, and government agencies.
+ Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, R&D) to ensure cohesive execution of market access initiatives.
+ Pricing and Reimbursement Strategy - Develop pricing strategies that balance affordability and profitability, and work to secure favorable reimbursement terms.
+ Market Analysis - Conduct in-depth market analyses to identify opportunities, assess competition, and inform strategic decisions.
+ Patient Access Programs - Implement programs aimed at improving patient access to biosimilars, addressing barriers related to affordability and availability.
+ Performance Monitoring - Monitor and evaluate the performance of biosimilar products in the market, adjusting strategies as necessary.
+ Education and Training - Provide training and resources to internal teams and external stakeholders on biosimilar products and market access strategies.
+ Reporting and Communication - Prepare and present reports on market access activities, outcomes, and strategy updates to senior management.
+ Regulatory Compliance - Oversee the navigation of regulatory requirements for biosimilars, ensuring timely approval and compliance with local regulations.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ Master degree (desirable)
+ 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on biosimilars.
+ Market Access Experience - Proven experience in market access roles, including strategy development and implementation.
+ Project Management - Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading successful initiatives.
+ Cross-Functional Leadership - Experience working collaboratively across various departments (e.g., marketing, sales, regulatory).
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Continued Education, Participation in workshops or training related to biosimilars, market access, and regulatory affairs can be advantageous.
