We’re looking for a strategic leader to drive market access and marketing excellence across North and Central Europe. If you have a deep understanding of orphan drug frameworks and a passion for making innovative therapies accessible, you might be the one we’re looking for. **Your new role** As Market Access and Marketing Director for Region NCE, you will: + Lead regional strategy for market access and marketing across the Nordics, Benelux, Switzerland, and Austria, ensuring alignment with global objectives and maximizing access to Lundbeck’s innovative therapies. + Manage and develop a high-performing team, including market access and pricing managers and a local brand manager, fostering collaboration and strategic execution. + Drive operational excellence, overseeing financial targets, budgeting, promotional spend, and resource allocation to ensure optimal performance and ROI. + Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, sales, finance, and alliance partners to integrate insights, align strategies, and support successful product launches - especially in the neuro-rare space. + Shape pricing and reimbursement strategies, supporting local negotiations and ensuring compliance with global pricing frameworks. + Engage with key stakeholders - including payers, HTA bodies, clinicians, and patient groups—through tailored regional engagement plans that reflect local needs and priorities. + Ensure compliance and governance, upholding corporate policies and ethical standards while contributing to the regional leadership team. **Your future team** You will join the Market Access & Marketing department, part of the Region North and Central Europe (NCE) business unit within Europe and International Operations. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, NCE, you’ll be part of a highly experienced and purpose-driven team that takes pride in expanding access to innovative treatments. Your experience and mindset will help shape the future of Lundbeck’s neuro-rare portfolio across Europe. Specifically, you bring: + Extensive expertise in market access and marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally with a focus on rare or neuro-rare conditions. + Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate across diverse markets and cultures. + Deep knowledge of European healthcare systems, payer dynamics, pricing strategies, and stakeholder engagement. + Strategic and analytical thinking, paired with excellent communication, negotiation, and business planning capabilities. + A solid academic background, with a Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Marketing, Health Economics, or Public Health. + 5+ years of experience in regional or global roles, including successful product launches and lifecycle management in complex therapeutic areas. **Our promise to you** Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives.
