Job Description Marine Personnel/Crewing Officer Glasgow

I am representing a global leading ship management company seeking a Crewing/Marine Personnel Officer to join their Glasgow office. 

This role requires crewing experience within the Cruise or Luxury Yacht industry. Applicants without this will not be considered. 

This is a full-time, office-based role. Candidates must have the legal right to live and work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available. Applicants must live within a commutable distance of the office or be willing to relocate. 

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Recruitment on officer and crew inductions. Manage crew rotations and coordinate changes with agents and vessels. Handle employment contracts and joining documentation. Support dry dock, technician needs, special projects, and ship start-ups. Ensure compliance with flag endorsements, Polar Code, and Madeira tax requirements. Process payroll and review OPEX reports. Review and approve travel and manning agency invoices. Ideal Candidate: Experience in a crewing role within the cruise or yacht industry. Strong knowledge of STCW documentation.
