Job Purpose
Manage Marine logistics operations to make sure the operations in an efficient and effective level to meet the needs of Marine business and a high customer service requirement of the company.Key Accountabilities:
Ensure safe execution of the contracted work for each contract throughout the lifetime of the contract in terms of OMS 2.5 Working with Contractor requirements.Manage daily operation of International Marine agency, consolidate daily operational and financial reports, figure out CPL discrepancy and submit accrual report, etc.Ensure variable logistics modes to meet quality control request and fully comply product quality standards requirements.Evaluate supplier performance at defined intervals to provide feedback, lessons learned and continuous improvement and engage with suppliers to enhance their competency to meet our operation requirements from offering solution.Manage the recycle IBC operation and logistics capacity planManage suppliers to achieve order fulfilment IFOT, and follow up the failure reasons for improvementMonthly KPI and performance review, buyback rate and process management, paymentClosely working on logistics cost analysis and improvement.Responsible for system operation in JDE and WMS/TMS system for Marine businessRequirements:
Education
University graduate with degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related areasLanguages: English - FluentExperience
Minimum 3-5 years related working experience preferably in logistics operations.Advanced skill of MS office, ERP, WMS/TMS system operations.Experienced to manage 3rd party vendors A focus on diversity and inclusiveness in approach to team, as well as in overall behaviour and actionsGood communication skills including self-confidence and resilience.Partnership and teamwork.High-class sense of proactive thinking.Strong ability in time & resource managementWhy join us?
