**Job Title: Marine Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Marine Electrician with experience from either A division or E division in the Navy. The role involves installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying equipment. You will perform a variety of maintenance and technical support tasks on shipboard systems, integrated systems, and related equipment/software at company, customer, and field locations. Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions efficiently is a key component of this position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment.
+ Perform maintenance and technical support on shipboard systems and integrated systems.
+ Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to resolve issues promptly.
+ Interface with customers and manage subcontractors.
+ Provide work direction to others.
+ Develop and utilize technical documents including controlled work packages and test documents.
+ Schedule, report, and brief customers and senior management.
+ Perform duties outside of specialty to complete installations or assignments.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in marine, ship repair, valves, electrical, hydraulics, and diesel systems.
+ Experience in installing, maintaining, and repairing structural and mechanical systems.
+ Proficiency with power tools and measurement devices.
+ Ability to read, interpret, and follow blueprints and technical manuals.
+ Knowledge of safety and quality control steps and procedures.
+ Ability to obtain base access credentials within 60 days of start date.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
