**Description:** + Filing all the official documents and update files + _Creek Breeze bookings, logging Payment etc._ + _Sending fuel and Creek Breeze summary every month_ + _Preparing customer feedback report_ + _E-Mail marina members monthly statements_ + _Updating Ageing report when receiving payments and update follow ups_ + _Writing down the meeting notes and sending out the minutes_ + Marina Membership – Updating Marina Dockage Contract, Maintaining Marina Members files and to follow up on the incomplete documents, printing of Membership Cards, sending Renewal notices to the Members and assisting Members on their inquiries + _Updating Marina Dock Check_ + Informing Accounts by email of the Cancel members + _Ensuring ISR controls are being followed by the department and to update the ISR register_ + _Time sheet preparation for Salary and maintaining collegues files_ + _Assisting front of house in all areas._ **Qualifications:** + Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Administration, Office Management, or a related field. + Training or coursework in Document Management or Record Keeping. + Basic accounting or finance education (for handling payments, statements, and reports) + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business communication tools. + Certification or familiarity with customer service and office procedures is a plus. **Primary Location:** AE-Dubai **Organization:** Park Hyatt Dubai **Job Level:** Full-time **Job:** Administrative **Req ID:** DUB006183 Hyatt is an equal employment opportunity and affirmative action employer.
