Responsible for posting Social Media content in a timely manner on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts owned by the resort.
Responsible for online customer service, answering online customer inquiries in a timely manner.
Scout user generated content, requesting permission for photography use.
Support the achievement of marketing communications goals and financial objectives.
Execute and monitor Social Media campaigns, both resort initiatives and Minor corporate campaigns.
Content Strategy
To work closely with the PR & Marketing Manager to develop a monthly Social Media calendar for Anantara Lawana, Tree Tops Signature Dining, and Palette-Café & Studio Social Media platforms.
Coordinate with the Graphics Designer on images and artwork used in Social Media posts.
Production management of on-site pictures and videos at the resort for Social Media use.
Reports & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor hotels and social media trends to stay up to date for innovative content ideas.
Create monthly Social Media reports to showcase Social Media success and areas of improvement in a timely manner.
