Responsibility\:

Lead virtual team to develop BU MarCom strategy and plan, based on BU business priorities and local market needs.Work closely with function teams to manage BU MarCom program calendar, budget, and resource allocation, to ensure high-quality deliverables in an efficient and effective manner.Serve as key contact of BU marketing related activities, resolve conflicts and problems, also to prioritize needs based on business insight.Leverage all available resources to drive Marcom activities to greatest success.Ensure smooth deployment of proven global initiatives and communication tools excellence.Track, measure, and evaluate effectiveness/ROI of MarCom performance, and provide professional analysis and reporting.

Requirement\:

Bachelor’s degree or above8 years’ experience in Marketing, MNC firms experience is a strong plus.Good problem solving and project management skills.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in collaboration and facilitation.Good communication & presentation skills in both English & Chinese.Knowledge or experience in Industry Automation is a plus
