Join a team that’s redefining IT sustainability. At the heart of HPE’s Circular Economy strategy, our Technology Renewal Operations team refurbishes enterprise tech—including cutting-edge HPE Aruba networking gear—to give it a second life.

As a Manufacturing Test Engineer – Network, you’ll work hands-on with advanced networking technologies, automate testing processes, and help drive our mission to make IT more sustainable. This is a great opportunity for early to mid-career engineers looking to grow their skills in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

Automate and optimize test processes for HPE networking products.Develop and maintain data sanitization and functional testing strategies.Support the lifecycle of remanufactured network hardware.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a focus on quality and efficiency.Collaborate across teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field, plus 2–4 years of experience.Strong scripting skills in Python or Perl—you enjoy automating tasks and solving problems with code.A keen interest in networking technologies—no need to be an expert; we’ll help you learn.Familiarity with Linux environments and basic hardware troubleshooting is a plus.A passion for sustainability, continuous learning, and working hands-on with real-world tech.
