Description:As an Applications Engineer Sr (E3) on the Fort Worth Manufacturing Technology Business Management, CRAD, and Sustainment Team, you will support business management, project management, and change management function for the OS&T organization and manage technical projects.
You will own the project and changemanagement process for the Manufacturing Technology Organization and execute the planning, development, and integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to resolve technical manufacturing problems as well as guide the development of the next generation of Manufacturing Technology engineers through day-to-day and high-level technical direction and oversight.
You will also perform project management functions (budget and schedule management, status reporting, cost benefit analysis, etc.) for both government-funded and internally-funded Manufacturing Technology projects. This position will also support team management decisions including:
• Budgets
• Schedules
• Staffing
• Strategic activities
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong Communication Skills
• Project Management Experience
• Work Experience in Applications, Manufacturing, Process, or Other Related Engineering Field
• Experience with Technical Problem Solving
Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher Education
• Prosci Certification or Interest in Obtaining Prosci Certification
• CRAD Project Management Experience
• Experience with Technical Problem Solving in Manufacturing Environment
• Advanced Understanding of Manufacturing Technologies (e.g. robotics, automation, IoT)
• Advanced Project Management Experience
• Skills in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Creative Approach to Technical Problem Solving
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
