Goal

Perform the role of manufacturing engineer by organizing staff, collaborating with support areas, and maintaining constant communication within the machining department in order to achieve production targets with the required quality.

Principal Activities Staff organization. Generation of purchase orders or services. Generation of manufacturing routes and master data in SAP. Supervision of improvements in production lines. Data collection and analysis. Document generation. Application of problem-solving tools. Supervision of day-to-day issues and decision-making. Experience, knowledge and skills Bachelor's degree: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Advanced English (minimum B2). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Minitab, and SAP. General knowledge of production processes such as assembly, machining, welding, etc. Technical knowledge of machinery. Management of production personnel. Knowledge of CNC programming. At least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry. Availability and flexible hours. Proactivity and desire to develop.
