As a Manufacturing Technician, you’ll perform a variety of hands-on tasks supporting electronics manufacturing processes. You’ll work alongside engineers and production teams to troubleshoot, test, and fine-tune products in a dynamic and tech-savvy environment. This role is ideal for someone who’s mechanically inclined and comfortable using data and tools to drive solutions.

Responsibilities Include:Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot machines and equipmentConduct quality testing and assist with product reworkSupport engineering teams during experiments and process improvementsUse specialized software and data to monitor and adjust production operationsRead and interpret safety rules, technical instructions, and documentationHandle small components with precision and care

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or electronics environmentAbility to read instructions, follow written procedures, and solve basic problemsBasic math and computer skills, including data entry and interpreting chartsGood communication skills and a team-player mindsetWillingness to stand, walk, and perform hands-on tasks throughout your shiftAbility to lift up to 10 lbs and perform repetitive motions with small partsDetail-oriented and safety-conscious with a drive to grow and improve
