Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician 1 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician 1, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician 1

Location: Fort Payne, AL

Pay Range: $17/hour

Shift: Nights (6 PM - 6:30 AM, Friday - Sunday)

What's the Job?

Completes manufacturing equipment related installations and ramp-ups. Gathers, records, and analyzes production information. Performs repair and retest for product and/or manufacturing facilities. Oversees the use of machine control systems in manufacturing equipment. Resolves manufacturing-related problems affecting daily operations.

What's Needed?

2 years of vocational training plus up to 1 year of experience in a related field. Basic knowledge of principles, procedures, and work routines in manufacturing. Experience with specialized machines, tools, and equipment. Ability to develop and verify manuscripts for machine control systems. Strong analytical skills to estimate requirements arising from process changes.
