We offer excellent wages, starting pay is $20.25-$24.43 per hour depending on manufacturing experience, and benefit package which includes paid vacation, 401K plan, life insurance options as well as medical, dental, and vision coverage. Medical premiums range from $26.47 per month to $70.60 per month. Weyerhaeuser covers 96% of insurance cost.

Interpreting work instructions adequately and successfully completing tasks as assigned

Safe start up and shut down of equipment in assigned area of responsibility

Communicating with team members and leadership to ensure consistent exchange of information relative to position

High School Diploma or GED

Must be 18 years of age or older

Steady work history (working or attending school the past 2 years)

Able and willing to work safely around moving manufacturing equipment and machinery

Must work a 12-hour rotating nightshift to include weekends and holidays; with every other weekend off (Fri-Sun). Will work a rotating dayshift during training period of up to 2 months. Schedule is subject to change.

Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, which includes climbing stairs, navigating catwalks, stooping, bending and exertion of more than 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or more than 50 pounds frequently, and/or more than 20 pounds for up to an hour at a time to move objects

Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
