Teledyne Microwave Solutions is looking for a Manufacturing Technician for Day shift. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Have experience in chem-film (alodyne) process on metal surfaces + Have experience with conformal coating on PCB, solvent tests. + Analyzes indicated and calculated test results in relation to process + Able to work with chemicals and cleaning agents. + Able to work with microscope, variable handheld tools, fixtures. + Able to read and review work instructions and drawings to ascertain test specifications, procedures, nature of technical problem, substitution of material or parts + Sets up and conducts tests of complete units and components under operational, environmental and life conditions to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production model + Records test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and recommendations for changes in product or procedures. **Education and/or Experience** Vocational or Technical Certificate in related field and at a minimum of 5-10 years of directly related experience, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Other Skills and Abilities** + Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 + Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen + Knowledge of specific software (design, analysis, ERP…) + Knowledge to utilize manufacturing test, development or diagnostic equipment such as but not limited to oscilloscopes, voltmeters, spectrum analyzers. **Other Qualifications** + US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance. ****$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS**** **Salary Range:** $42,800.00-$57,100.000 **Pay Transparency** The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
