Manufacturing Technician Job Number: 358807 Category: -MFG & Supply Chain SBU Description: Job Title: Manufacturing Technician Pay Rate: $52,000-$65,000 yearly Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma 73110 Area Code: 405 Shift: 1st Employment Type: Direct, Full Time Job Overview: We are seeking a Technician to support a wide range of aerospace engine programs at our customer"s site in Oklahoma City. Support a multitude of engine programs, this job is critical to the ongoing service and sustainment of such programs. Providing engineering inspection on fielded hardware, trending data, and supporting engineering initiatives to maintain the sustainment of critical programs to both the primary customer and USAF. Responsibilities: * Perform detailed hardware inspections using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision hand tools. * Document and trend inspection findings to identify component patterns and support engineering analysis. * Read and interpret blueprints and engineering documentation, including GD&T. * Report findings to engineering leadership and collaborate on corrective actions or sustainment initiatives. * Support fast-paced, critical-turnaround components in both individual and team environments. * Engage with the customer on-site, acting as a technical liaison and ensuring high levels of responsiveness. Core Qualifications: * HS Diploma, GED or Technical School * Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T interpretation, and specification adherence. * Experience using hand tools for mechanical inspection (e.g., micrometers, calipers, bore gauges). * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. * Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. * Proactive, efficient, and entrepreneurial mindset. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Experience in aerospace maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) environments. * Active or previous Secret Security Clearance strongly preferred.
