Manufacturing Technician
Job Title: Manufacturing TechnicianJob Description The Manufacturing Technician operates production equipment and is responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products. The role requires following blueprints, guidelines, and diagrams to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met. It also involves maintaining required records of production and reporting any inconsistencies or equipment issues according to standard procedures. This position may require working with chemicals. Responsibilities + Perform assembly processes for making medical devices + Document activities in batch records and forms + Measure and prepare chemical solutions + Prepare assembly tooling for production + Clean and sterilize medical device components + Conduct weekly cleaning of the production area and equipment Essential Skills + Proficiency in assembly and manufacturing processes + Understanding of safety procedures + Associates Degree + Preferred GMP medical device manufacturing experience + Fine motor skills and manual dexterity for handling small parts + Ability to question and think critically + Strong attention to detail + Excellent communication and documentation skills + Knowledge of aseptic techniques Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to handle working with very small parts + Excellent hearing and sight Work Environment The work environment fosters strong employee relationships and has a close-knit, family feel typical of a small, startup company. There is room for advancement and leadership opportunities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
