Our client, a leader in the technology sector, is seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be part of the engineering department supporting innovative product development. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Technician
**Location:** Austin, TX
**Pay Range: Competitive**
**What's the Job?**
+ Setup power and performance measurement platforms.
+ Execute power and performance test plans.
+ Support lab debug activities.
+ Conduct performance and power characterization of pre-production CPU/GPU products.
+ Optimize and validate product performance metrics.
**What's Needed?**
+ Associates degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering or Computer Science.
+ 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
+ Good understanding of PC system architecture, operating systems, drivers, ACPI, and BIOS.
+ Experience in performance/power/thermal related lab work is an asset.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
