Day Shift: $25.00/hrNight Shift: $27.50/hrPosition Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support the production of therapeutic proteins (API) in a cGMP-regulated environment. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start or grow their career in the biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be responsible for executing production processes, monitoring equipment, performing basic lab tasks, and maintaining a clean and compliant work environment. You will receive hands-on training and work under close supervision while developing a strong foundation in GMP compliance and aseptic techniques.
Key Responsibilities:Production Operations (40%)Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment and processes, including Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) procedures. Accurately document production activities in accordance with GMP and GDP standards.Training & Qualification (20%)Complete training and attain qualifications for assigned tasks. Maintain an up-to-date individual training plan.Laboratory Support (10%)Perform basic lab tasks such as pH and conductivity testing, and sample analysis.Material Handling (10%)Transfer raw materials and chemicals into, out of, and across production areas in compliance with safety protocols.Sanitization & Maintenance (10%)Conduct routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and facilities. Support 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.Administrative Duties (10%)Participate in shift exchanges, team meetings, and internal communications.
