ResponsibilitiesEfficiently and safely operate assigned machinery, perform simple maintenance, and report malfunctioning equipment immediately.Set up and adjust machines to run at different sizes.Obtain correct materials for operational needs from warehouse or staging areas.Organize production flow, ensure material availability, estimate line progress, and schedule breaks corresponding to production time.Document work accurately, check for quality and compliance, monitor products for defects, and assist with inventory processes.Dispense required additives to media, perform techniques for pH balance, investigate and remedy potential production failures.Follow all written procedures, report discrepancies, and perform work activities safely while wearing personal protective equipment.Report property damage and safety hazards immediately.Complete production assignments timely and in accordance with departmental schedules.Sign off on documents properly and fill in pertinent information according to SOP's.Essential SkillsExperience in manufacturing, GMP, production, staging, and inventory support.Ability to comprehend and communicate in English, both written and verbally.Basic math skills.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 600 lb. wheeled kettles.Capability to stand for sustained periods, approximately 10 hours a day.Ability to see and distinguish colors.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.Willingness to train individuals with minimal relevant experience or those holding an AS or BS degree in science.Work Environment
Work in a laboratory/cleanroom setting during the second shift from 2pm-10:30pm. The role provides exposure to kit production, large-scale manufacturing, and GMP experience, within a global company offering significant advancement opportunities.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.09 - $21.09/hr.
