Our facility in Littleton, CO seeks a level 3 Manufacturing Support Team Member/Manufacturing Production Scheduler III to join our mission. This role will enhance your resource planning skills and abilities while developing your skills for future opportunities that may include more senior team contributor roles or management opportunities. As our Manufacturing Production Scheduler, you will support a team of talented engineers overseeing operations that support the development and implementation of new projects and changes to existing projects for a diverse group of customers. You will also serve as a mentor to junior level Manufacturing Resource Planners Your primary areas of focus will be supporting the logistics required to successfully meet customer delivery of key manufactured hardware.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will…
• Drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all business functions
• Update schedules with ETC hours quarterly
• Align work functions and activities among different functional groups
• Use Enterprise Resource planning tools to conduct logistics planning, management, and tracking activities
• Build and maintain resource-loaded schedules
• Evaluate material issues/concerns to determine impacts to business operations
• Identify schedule delivery improvement opportunities with a focus on early and on-time delivery of materials to support the manufacturing success
• Generate reports and develop metric reports to provide performance status to leadership teams
• Conduct contingency schedule planning to determine best path forward and mitigate hardware delays
• Understand and communicate the plan for deliverable hardware including critical path, constraints, risks, and opportunities
• Create weekly hardware delivery report
Our level 3 employees typically have 5-10 years of experience

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline or have equivalent experience/combined education
• Previous production planning experience
• Due to programs being supported, U.S. Citizenship is required
Desired Skills:
• Logistics/material planning and management experience
• Computer proficiency with ability to learn new software
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning software (i.e. SAP)
• Experience using data to develop metrics
• Project management experience
• MS office proficiency
• Capable of Multi-tasking in a fast-paced team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 - $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
