**Description:** You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for the Machining Operations Center \(MOC\)\. From ultra\-precision machining, paint and plate operations, and precision assembly, to the development and production of complex machined components the Machining Operations Center does it all\. **What You Will Be Doing** As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you’ll be at the helm of coordinating multiple processes, ensuring smooth production flow, and meeting key performance goals\. Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location\. **Basic Qualifications:** Prior leadership/management experience Prior work experience in a manufacturing environment of at least 1 year Prior team leadership experience Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques Microsoft Office suite knowledge, skills, and experience Must be a U\.S\.
