What You Will Be Doing
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating training activities, including the development of training programs, content, and materials, to meet the needs of the organization
• Overseeing the maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that vehicle modifications meet customer specifications
• Conducting technical analysis and oversight of product implementations, modifications, enhancements, maintenance, and repair, to ensure alignment with customer specifications
• Troubleshooting problems and issues, determining solutions, and recommending actions to company or customer representatives
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality training sessions, providing effective knowledge transfer to personnel
• Assessing product needs, managing subordinate training requirements, and conducting product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN – This position is located at a facility that requires special access and is in direct support of a U.S. government contract that requires a company-sponsored clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
• Automotive platform knowledge with training module understanding
• Experience with product quality, cost, and schedule management of training programs
• Prior leadership experience managing employees through daily activities
Desired Skills:
• Advanced automotive theory practices and repair in a training environment
• Familiarity with 6S practices
• Experience with corrective action and root cause analysis processes
• Manpower forecasting and management reporting tools
• Basic computer skills
• Polaris MCC certification with gas and diesel
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
