Manufacturing Supervisor 2nd Shift
Production Supervisor

Location: Danbury, CT

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 10:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and motivatedProduction Supervisorsto lead manufacturing operations on the 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, and overseeing production activities to ensure high-quality output and on-time delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in manufacturing, ERP systems (SAP preferred), and at least 3 years of supervisory experience.


Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and schedule production orders, including assembly and material consumption.Lead and coordinate assembler activities to meet quality and delivery goals.Monitor production schedules and proactively address potential disruptions.Drive cost reduction through efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with the MTS Manager.Collect and analyze data to support labor standards and KPI reporting.Communicate goals and performance expectations to team members.Train, motivate, and evaluate direct reports in alignment with HR standards.Maintain safe, organized, and well-equipped work environments.Ensure compliance with HSSE/OSHA standards and ESD protocols.Interact with internal departments and occasionally with external stakeholders.Required QualificationsAssociate degree or higher (preferred)Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing settingERP experience (SAP preferred)Strong computer proficiencyLean Manufacturing and Project Management experience (preferred)Excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
