Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Manufacturing Superintendent (Level M) to support the 737 North Line team based out of Everett, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads by demonstrating and holding all accountable to the Boeing Values and Behaviors.Leads, develops and motivates employees, first-level, second level and senior managers.Manages employees, first-level, second level and senior managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines.Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton (in the initial stages) and then in Everett.


Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment.5+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position5+ years of experience with continuous process improvement initiatives.Ability to work variable shifts including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience in a formal or informal leadership position5+ years of experience in using Lean principles5+ years of experience coaching, guiding and mentoring teams5+ years of experience in working to lead and develop teams to execute to safety, compliance, quality, and cost.5+ years of experience working within a cross-functional organizational environment

Summary Pay Range: $174,600 - $213,400
