A day in the Life:Lead and coordinate sterile manufacturing operations to ensure flawless execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement world-class manufacturing practices.Monitor and strictly adhere to quality and safety standards.Keys to Success:Demonstrate outstanding leadership and collaboration skills.Successfully implement continuous improvement initiatives.Exhibit a proven ability to compete in a dynamic work environment.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent experience required.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in a manufacturing role.Experience in sterile manufacturing environments.Proven track record of leading successful teams.Knowledge, Skills, AbilitiesOutstanding understanding of sterile manufacturing processes.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to strictly follow and enforce safety and quality protocols.Physical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to stand for extended periods.Capability to lift up to 25 kg.Work in a controlled, sterile environment adhering to strict safety guidelines.Benefits
