The Manufacturing Quality Specialist is responsible for general support, documentation review, and managing of NCs owned by Manufacturing in partnership with the Quality and Tech Ops teams. This role will have the opportunity to lead or join Kaizen, PSP, projects, or other improvement initiatives.
This position is part of the Manufacturing Production Support Team located in Lodi, CA and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain and track manufacturing-owned Quality NCs in all phases of the processPerform Quality documentation review for NC-related lots (batch records, line clearance, line setup forms, etc.)Resolve any Quality NC-related discrepancies or issues identified for the duration of the NC until it is closed (ad hoc tasks, quantity discrepancy, MES, SAP, etc)The essential requirements of the job include:
Education and Experience (in years):
High School diploma (or equivalent experience) with 1-2 years of work experienceKnowledge and skills:
At least 1 year of experience working in a regulated, Quality-focused industry (GMP, ISO, FDA)Proficiency in computer systems such as Word, Excel, SAP, Smartsolve and MESPhysical requirements/abilities:
Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for several hours. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

The hourly range for this role is $20.00-$27.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
