As a PROJECT MANAGER, you will be responsible for manage projects to ensure that each is delivered on time and in accordance with company and customer expectations. Reporting directly to the Manager, this position is based in Richland, MS. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR * EXPERIENCE: bachelor's degree in construction engineering technology, or in a related business or technical field, is strongly preferred * SKILLS: Working knowledge of construction project management and estimating. Must have previous experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a construction or power generation environment. Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, ERP systems, MS Projects, etc.). Outstanding organization skills and strong oral/written communication skills. * CUSTOMER FOCUS: Enjoy working as a team to support internal stakeholders and customers WHAT YOU'LL DO * Manage the project process and operational delivery to fulfill customer requirements and achieve target goals for assigned projects * Develop project schedules to meet customer expectations * Monitor and report project performance, including cost, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. * Ensure timely invoicing for projects according to milestone payments and purchase order deliverables * Communicate with customer on issues that arise; change orders; warranty; etc. Involve other internal departments and subject matter experts as needed. * Occasional overnight travel may be required for customer and job site visits.
