Manufacturing Project Leader
**Job Description** **Mission:** Lead the change management in the plant related to new product development, line extensions, product promotions, design changes, declaration changes and productivity projects. Provide effective conversion change coordination including project costing, timing and capital requirements, assuring most efficient use of plant capability and capacity while maintaining high-level customer service. Provide plant’s‘one-channel’interface to Commercial units with regard to product sourcing, with R&D for technology applications and to Commercial project leaders for project management processes. Lead capital spend and phasing, provide mid/long term capacity planning at the plant to enable overall network capacity planning at Category level. **Responsibilities:** **Consumer/Customer Focus** + Proactively review business and customer needs, transforming them into realizable propositions. + Provide sourcing options together with product costing, timing, investment and/ or expense information to key stakeholders. **New product launch and modification** + Ensure conversion product launch preparation and launch via adequate co-ordination, contingencies and communication within the project management process. Lead and execute all product-related changes, both in terms of product and packaging in co-operation with R&D and Marketing, and process-related changes in co-operation with Procurement, R&D and Quality Assurance. Initiate and manage harmonization of manufacturing process and de-complexity product portfolio. **Minimum requirements:** + Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Logistics basic knowledge + French and English (Fluent) **Additional requirements:** + University education in Engineering, Economics, Finance or Foreign Trade, or Food Technology + Good knowledge of technical and financial affairs + Experience in managing people and projects .
