As a Manufacturing Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing manufacturing projects from inception to completion.  This position supports various divisions in several aspects of manufacturing projects and ensures project timelines are met while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. This is an in-office, full-time role based in our Grimsby Manufacturing plant 

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines. Review and approve project documentation. Implement quality control measures to meet internal and client standards. Conduct inspections and audits to identify and resolve issues. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, procurement, production) to meet project requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications. Liaise with customers and contractors to manage project documentation and updates. Attend daily project meetings and support schedule management. Prepare and present regular project status reports to management. Ensure all work is executed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures. Promote a culture of safety and quality across all project activities. Other duties as assigned

Who You Are:

A Self-starter with exceptional Organizational, collaborative, and team-building skills 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proactive, able to work independently with familiarity with manufacturing processes. Formal education (i.e., courses, diploma, etc.) in Engineering Technology business administration, Construction Management/ Project Management is considered an asset. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Working knowledge of scheduling software (i.e., MS Project, Primavera P6) is considered an asset. Proficient user of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
